1. Who we are

SMSnow.ai is operated by Simple Marketing Systems LLC ("SMSnow.ai," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide websites, customer relationship management tools and business automation services to local service businesses using the HighLevel platform.

This policy covers the SMSnow.ai website, inquiries, consultation bookings, the website messaging form and our direct customer relationships.

When a business uses our services to manage information about its own customers, that business determines the purpose of its customer communications and is responsible for its privacy notices and permissions. This page does not replace that business’s privacy policy. For requests about its customer records, contact that business first. You can also contact us for help identifying the appropriate contact.

2. Information you provide

• Contact and business details: your name, email address, telephone number and information you choose to give us about your business or interests.
• Consultation requests and bookings: the website invites you to request a consultation by phone or email. We use the contact details and appointment information you provide to arrange the consultation. If we separately share our HighLevel booking form with you, it requires first name, last name, phone and email and allows optional additional information.
• Inquiries and support: information included in forms, emails and the website messaging form.
• Website messaging form: the form displays Name, Phone and Message fields, along with a separate promotional text/call consent checkbox that is initially unchecked.
• Customer and project information: information you provide to discuss, configure, deliver or support an agreed service.
• Checkout and billing: information requested on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe processes payment information through its payment service.

The website messaging form lets you enter an inquiry. Its presence does not establish that SMS delivery or promotional enrollment has been activated or verified. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, sensitive health information or information about children through forms, email or the website messaging form.

3. How information relates to your interaction

Information you submit supports responses to inquiries, consultation arrangements, proposals, agreed services, customer support and billing questions. Contact us about communication preferences or questions about a particular use of your information.

Providing a phone number, making an inquiry, booking a consultation or accepting Terms does not by itself provide marketing-text consent. Any SMS consent offered must be requested separately.

4. Service providers

We use HighLevel, including LeadConnector website and chat components and our separate booking system, to support our website, inquiries, appointments, CRM and business automation services. Information submitted through those features is processed using that platform.

We use Stripe-hosted checkout for subscription and payment processing. Read the Stripe Privacy Policy for its handling of payment-related information.

The website also loads Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare Insights components. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or valid legal process, or address fraud, security incidents and protection of legal rights, as appropriate under applicable law.

5. Mobile information and SMS

This policy does not announce an active SMS program. If a program is offered, its message types, separate consent choices and opt-out instructions will be provided before enrollment. A phone number submitted for booking does not by itself establish marketing-text permission. SMS opt-out and paid-subscription cancellation are separate actions. See the Terms of Service.

6. Technical services

The website experience includes HighLevel/LeadConnector runtime and chat components, Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare Insights scripts. Turnstile supports checks intended to distinguish legitimate visits from automated abuse. Cloudflare Insights technology supports website performance measurement.

Loading and using these features involves technical interactions between your browser and the relevant providers. Stripe-hosted checkout is a separate part of the payment experience with its own technical services and privacy information.

7. Security questions

No website or electronic communication method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information sent to us has been compromised, contact [email protected].

8. Questions and choices

Contact [email protected] to ask about information you have provided, request correction or ask about deletion. Applicable law and any lawful need to retain records affect how a request can be handled. Information sufficient to verify a requester’s identity may be needed.

For marketing communications, use the available unsubscribe or opt-out instruction, or contact us for assistance. A marketing preference does not itself cancel services or prevent necessary non-marketing communications about an active customer relationship through an appropriate channel.

9. Business audience

Our website and services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. Please do not submit information about children. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided so the situation can be reviewed.

10. Policy updates

Updates will be posted with a revised effective date, with additional notice or consent where required by applicable law.
