Terms of Service

1. Business identity and scope

These Terms describe the SMSnow.ai website and website, CRM and automation services offered by Simple Marketing Systems LLC ("SMSnow.ai," "we," "us," or "our"). Our services are intended for local service businesses and their authorized representatives. HighLevel is our technology provider; SMSnow.ai is operated by Simple Marketing Systems LLC.

2. Inquiries, consultations and support

You can inquire about services or request a 30-minute consultation by phone or email. Consultation availability is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time, subject to confirmation. Appointment details are confirmed with you directly. If we separately share a booking link, check its displayed time zone before booking.

An inquiry or consultation does not purchase a service or start a paid subscription. The website messaging form displays Name, Phone and Message fields and an initially unchecked promotional text/call consent checkbox. Its presence does not establish that SMS delivery or promotional enrollment has been activated or verified. Contact [email protected] for assistance. Consultation availability is not a guaranteed support response time. Our mailing address is not a walk-in office.

3. Services and project scope

We offer websites, CRM tools and business automation using HighLevel. The selected plan and agreed written proposal describe the services for a particular customer.

Website Build Out and A.I build out are separate one-time services, each priced at $997. Each is scoped through a separate proposal identifying deliverables and commercial terms. A listed price alone does not specify pages, integrations, automations, revisions or completion dates. The subscription links do not collect these build-out fees.

Service scope, usage charges, third-party services and prerequisites must be agreed before activation. Messaging and AI are not represented as active or immediately available.

4. Subscription pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Annual pricing equals twelve monthly payments, with no annual discount. Annual billing charges the full annual amount at the start of the paid annual period, rather than monthly installments.

5. Seven-day trial and recurring billing

Advertised subscriptions begin with a seven-day trial at $0 today. After the trial, the selected monthly or annual price applies and renews at that interval unless canceled. For example, a Standard annual trial converts to a $3,564 annual charge, not a $297 monthly charge.

Review the selected plan, amount, interval, trial end, first charge date and cancellation instructions before enrolling. Cancel before the seven-day trial ends to avoid a subscription charge.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly subscriptions

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the current paid period. Partial-month refunds are not provided, except for billing errors or refunds required by applicable law.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions have no discount. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription month. We refund unused full subscription months.

One-time build-out services

For each $997 build-out service, a full refund is available before work begins. Once work begins, we deduct the agreed value of completed work and preapproved, nonrecoverable outside costs and refund the balance. Work stages and their values must be agreed in the proposal.

7. Third-party services

Services rely on HighLevel and may involve Stripe for billing. Other services may be identified in an agreed proposal. Features and availability can depend on those providers.

8. SMS and communication consent

These Terms do not establish an active SMS program. Any future program requires its own message description, separate optional consent choices and verified opt-out and help instructions before launch. Providing a phone number or accepting these Terms does not substitute for SMS consent. SMS opt-out is separate from paid-subscription cancellation.
